

ABOUT
ReChanl is a program designed to serve as an outline for people looking to transform their mental and physical self. It is intended to be a year long challenge made up of 12 habit stacking phases. Although, we set the guidelines and basic action items, the work is ultimately up to you. We hope to be an important part in your journey and a source of inspiration as you level up your mind, body, and purpose.

Program Design
Goals
The first 3 days of the program are reserved for setting your goals. This is your opportunity to set multiple goals to accomplish throughout the year and create a driving power to get you through the tough times.
Phases
The program is made up of 12 habit stacking phases that are each 29 days long. Each phase in made up of daily and/or weekly action items which must be completed before moving forward.
Free Days
You will have 14 free days throughout the program to use as you wish. The action items of each phase will not apply on these days. They do not take the place of a day in phase. 29 days per phase must be completed.
